Regional Director of Clinical Services

As Director of Clinical Services for Iris, Savanna Petrick RN/BSN is instrumental to ensuring that residents at all Iris communities receive the highest quality of care. Bringing nearly 15 years of healthcare experience to Iris, Savanna is responsible for overseeing all elements of resident care, including assessments, care plans, physician relations/orders, family relations, and coordination with third-party providers. She promotes camaraderie and collaboration in nursing across communities and is heavily involved in the day-to-day care of our residents. During Savanna’s tenure, Iris has experienced no regulatory surveys with deficiencies requiring fines.

Savanna started her journey in nursing as a C.N.A. in 2011. Over the next several years, she worked to further her education and professional development, advancing to LPN, RN, and, ultimately, RN/BSN.  She is also a Cardiac Monitor Tech and EMT. Savanna’s clinical expertise includes being a Certified Infection Control Preventionist and Certified Wound Care Nurse, as well as being certified to provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Prior to Iris, she worked in long-term care/skilled nursing with a number of organizations, including Stonegate and Bridges Health. Passionate about giving back to the nursing community, Savanna leads training for CMAs in a partnership between Iris and Care Providers OK, as well as training for CNAs in a partnership between Iris and Focused Training.

Savanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma City University. In 2025, she is beginning work towards a Master’s in Healthcare Legal Studies at the University of Oklahoma.
