Kyle P. Sitler

With over 25 years’ experience in finance and accounting, Kyle P. Sitler is the Corporate Controller for Iris Memory Care and Iris Senior Living. Kyle oversees all financial aspects of the day-to-day operations of all of Iris’ business entities. He is responsible for all bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting, as well as monitoring all revenues and expenses. Prior to joining Iris, Kyle worked with Framework Realty Advisors, providing advisory and brokerage services to institutional and high-net-worth investors in the seniors housing investment sector.

Kyle began his career as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. As an investment banker, he completed transactions ranging from raising seed capital for start-up companies to billion-dollar plus mergers and IPOs. Later in his career, Kyle worked as a private equity investor at Ticonderoga Capital and an institutional real estate investor at Aspen Square Management. Kyle has started and led multiple financial advisory businesses, focused on providing capital raising and M&A advisory services to corporate clients. Kyle also has experience in real estate as a private investor and property manager.

Kyle holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Finance from Babson College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also achieved the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designation through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
