Assistant Administrative Director

Adriana Jaimes serves as the Assistant Administrative Director for Iris, bringing over 10 years of experience in the assisted living and memory care industry. In her current role, Adriana provides oversight and training to the administrative staff companywide. She also assists the finance/accounting team with A/R and A/P management. With a strong background in healthcare operations and team leadership, Adriana supports the daily functions of the communities, ensuring a supportive and enriching environment for residents, families, and staff.

Adriana joined Iris in 2017 as a caregiver in our Rowlett community. A consummate team player and a quick learner, Adriana was promoted multiple times in just a few years. After working in business office in Rowlett for a while, she was asked to transition into a home office team role.  As the company has grown over the last few years, Adriana has adapted and taken on many additional responsibilities. Her dedication to excellence and empathy makes her an integral part of the Iris team.

Adriana holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
